TOOLS PREPARATION
- Sliding table saw
- Tape measure
- Grinding machine
- Air Polisher machine
- Sand Paper in different grains: 120, 240, 400, and 600 grit.
- Polishing wool ball
- Wax
Step 1：Use a Tape Measure to measure the solid surface sheet in your required sizes and mark it. Then Use a Sliding Table Saw to cut the solid surface sheets into pieces.
Step 3: Air Polisher Machine polish the solid surface with sandpaper from 400 -> 600 grit.
Matters Need Attention:
Skilled sanding experience can help us obtain perfect table tops! During sanding, please use even force to push back and forth on the product’s surface, up and down, left and right, and don’t forget to polish the edges. If we need a MATTE tabletop, it only needs to be lightly sanded a few times to wax polish. If it is a GLOSSY table top, you need to use 600-grit sandpaper to polish the product for more time. We can get the waxed polish after the surface is smooth and delicate.
